“Musical Tribute to Liberace-On With the Show!” will contain songs from the current high-energy Tribute Show, such as the Beer Barrel Polka; the rest of the show will contain new music, with favorites like Tiger Rag and Carioca. For all those that have had the opportunity to hear Wes Winters’ piano artistry are aware that Wes captures the spirit of Liberace while honoring his memory dazzling the audience played at the keys of Liberace’s famous rhinestone piano. The show is set in the Liberace Museum Showroom, surrounded by physical reminders of Liberace, such as his jewelry, pianos and spectacular costumes.
The spirit and memory of Liberace is very much alive throughout the performance, and you will leave with an even better sense of what made Liberace so amazing…it is Liberace's spirit that audience members leave with after Wes' powerful performance.
Wes, a self-taught pianist playing “by ear” since the age of 5, has been entertaining professionally for almost 20 years. Born and raised in Kansas, Wes resided in Kansas City, Missouri until moving to Las Vegas in February of 2003. He has appeared in many of the most noted Las Vegas Strip venues. In 2003 Wes was chosen as winner of the Liberace Play-A-Like competition.
