Volunteer Cast Member Opportunities

As a Volunteer Cast Member you help us share a rich entertainment history and generosity bequeathed by Liberace to the world. You will find our volunteer program rewarding, as well as fun. There are no minimum hours to volunteer; we appreciate any time that you can spend with us. As a volunteer you are entitled to a lunch at no charge and a 25% discount in The Museum Store.

2nd Sundays
Assist with welcoming guests to the museum and seating guests in the Showroom.

Office Assistant
Assist in the day-to-day activities of the Liberace administrative office.

Liberace League
Young professionals in Southern Nevada who are seeking new ways to get involved in the local community and have fun are encouraged to join. The main focus of the League is to oversee the yearly Liberace Piano Competition.

Greeter
The Liberace Foundation and Museum wishes all of our visitors to feel welcome. Volunteer cast members are needed to greet visitors with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. A Greeter provides information about the Museum and assists visitors with special needs, such as a wheel chair.

Museum Interpreters
Museum Interpreters engage visitors in an active exploration of Liberace's pianos, costumes, and other interesting artifacts belonging to the legendary entertainer.

Tour Guide
A Tour Guide directs visitors through the Museum and answers questions regarding exhibits and services thereby giving visitors a more satisfying experience.

Museum Ambassador
Ride the Liberace Shuttle from the Strip to the Museum. This volunteer opportunity consists of personally welcoming and informing the riders of the many personal possessions of Liberace that they will enjoy during their time at the Museum.

Archives & Special Projects Assistant
Assist in the documentation, preservation and conservation of the archive portion of the Museum collection, which includes but not limited to photos, books, tapes, audio and video recordings and clippings. Assist with special projects on an as needed basis.

Ride the Liberace Shuttle
Volunteer cast members are needed to have fun riding the Liberace shuttle. Greet visitors, provide information about the Museum & make our visitors feel welcome.

Special Events
Assist with greeting guests, help with setup and break down of the event.

Type of entry varies with each department.
